Shipping policy

Shipping Zones
We ship within the US (except Hawaii and Alaska), and do not ship internationally. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping for orders over $99 is free, unless shipped from a partner. In that case, the shipping cost is calculated based on the item and your delivery address.

Shipping Times
Shipping typically takes 1-5 days. For extra large items. shipping is handled by LTL truck. Expect slightly longer shipping times, and also be prepared to co-ordinate a time to receive delivery in person.

Processing Times
Depending on the product, processing time typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days. 

Shipping made to order items
Some products have a "lead time" which means they are handmade to order. Depending on the item, this can take a few days to weeks. 

Shipping by "White glove"
White Glove Delivery is a premium shipping service designed for large, fragile, or high-value pieces. Your item is professionally handled from pickup to placement, including blanket wrapping, insurance, and careful in-home delivery. The team will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time and ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully — exactly where you want it. White glove delivery Shipments usually take 5-10 business for pickup and 1-3 weeks for delivery after the pickup date.
