Refund policy

Depending on the purchased product, we typically have a 30-day return policy. However, there are certain products that are not refundable or exchangeable. Please contact us at support@vintageshopper.com to check the return policy on a particular item. Also refer to the exceptions / non-returnable items below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@vintageshopper.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You, the buyer are responsible for shipping the item back to us, including any shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item as soon as you receive them, and contact us if there is any damage or if you received the wrong item. Items that are reported damaged after five days from receipt of ordered item(s), will not be refunded. If you have received an item via LTL Truck Freight, or White Glove Delivery, make sure you inspect before accepting delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as made to order, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Authentic antiques such as Persian rugs, artifacts, furniture, etc. are also non-returnable  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Depending on the item, there might also be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
